Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 c. ground nuts (pecans)
  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, putting 1 cup of nuts to the side.

    Mix well and shape into one ball.

    Place on center of dish, flattening bottom.

    Put cup of nuts on outside of ball.
  5. 5
    Chill for one hour.
  6. 6
    Serve with choice of crackers.
