Ingredients

  • 1 box lime Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and cool.

    Cream cheese and add pineapple, marshmallows, nuts and salt mixed with lemon juice. Stir well.

    Whip cream adding sugar and fold into jello mixture.
