  • 1 c. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

    Dissolve sugar and Jell-O in hot water.

    Drain pineapple and add enough water to pineapple juice to make one cup.

    Add to Jell-O.

    Refrigerate until a little hard.
