- 4 (6-ounce) cans pineapple juice
- 2 large mint sprigs
- 2 (12-ounce) cans diet ginger ale
Directions

1Combine pineapple juice and mint sprigs in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; remove from heat, and cool to room temperature. Discard mint sprigs.

2Transfer pineapple juice to a pitcher, and gently stir in ginger ale. Serve immediately over ice.
