- 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3 Tbsp. reduced calorie catsup, divided
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.

2Add 1 tablespoon catsup to reserved juice, mixing well.

3Set aside. Combine drained pineapple, remaining 2 tablespoons of catsup and next 6 ingredients.

4Shape into an 8 x 5-inch loaf on rack in broiler pan.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes; remove from oven and brush with reserve pineapple juice mixture.

6Bake an additional 15 minutes or until done.
