- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (9-inch) cooked pie shell, cooled
- whipped topping
Directions

1Bake pie shell and cool in refrigerator.

2In large bowl, combine pie filling mix and sugar; add pineapple, juice and sour cream and mix thoroughly with spoon.

3Pour mixture into cool pie shell and chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

4When serving, garnish with whipped topping.
