- 1 lb. can crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- pats of butter
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Line pie pan with unbaked pie crust.

2Dump can of crushed pineapple into pie pan, leaving 1 inch of pineapple juice in can. Add cornstarch and sugar to juice and stir.

3Pour over pineapple in pie pan.

4Add pats of butter.

5Add top crust.

6Bake at 350° until top crust is brown.
