- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sliced scallions
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
Directions

1Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.

2Add onions, walnuts, raisins, salt and ginger.

3Cook, stirring 4 to 5 minutes or until onions are tender.

4Add rice and pineapple.

5Stir and heat thoroughly.
