- 1 small can pineapple (reserve juice)
- 2 oz. all-purpose flour
- 2 oz. sugar
- 2 oz. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs, separated
- 20 fluid oz. milk
Directions

1Bring 2/3 of the milk to a boil.

2Mix the flour into a smooth paste with the remainder of the milk; mix in hot water.

3Add sugar, butter and beaten egg yolks.

4Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat and pour in reserved pineapple juice.
