- 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 envelope gelatin (unflavored)
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1In medium pan, bring pineapple and sugar to a boil for 5 minutes.

2Add cream cheese.

3Mix until dissolved.

4Dissolve gelatin in water.

5Pour into pineapple mixture.

6Chill until set. Fold in nuts and Cool Whip.

7Refrigerate until firm.
