  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can pineapple (in heavy syrup), drain (reserve liquid)
  • 1/3 c. butter, soft
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 c. liquid reserved from pineapple (if necessary add water to make 3/4 c.)
