- 1 can pineapple (small)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar (granulated and a little brown)
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- vanilla or lemon extract
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2First, the cake pan, prepare it by melting the butter and the brown sugar in it to cover the bottom.

3Strain the pineapple; cut them up and scatter the pieces over the bottom of the pan.
