- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 c. pecans (save some for topping)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 12 oz. carton Cool Whip
- 1 (5 1/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 stick butter and pecans (save some of the pecans for topping).

2Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan for crust.

3Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

4Let cool.

5Mix cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar.

6Add half of 12 ounce carton Cool Whip. Spread over crust.

7Combine pudding and milk.

8Beat 2 minutes and spread over cream cheese mixture.

9Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with left over pecans.
