  • cocktail bread or English muffins
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • pinch of oregano
  • pinch of basil
  • pinch of onion salt
  • pinch of garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Spread the tomato paste on bread.

    Mix the ground beef with oregano, basil, onion salt and garlic salt.

    Brown mixture. Spread over bread.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on meat.

    Top with slice of Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
