- 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
- 4 oz. sliced pepperoni
Directions

1Remove the stems from the poke sallet.

2Place in a large pan and parboil the greens, letting the greens cook down.

3Add a little soda to make the greens cook better.

4Boil until the greens go down and the water looks green, about 3 minutes or longer. Drain off the water.

5Place the poke in a large pot and add just enough water to keep the poke from sticking.

6Cook for about 1 1/2 hours.
