  • 1 Green Plaintain
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 cup Semolina (Sooji)
  • 1 bunch chopped corainder leaves
  • 1 tsp gram flour

Directions

    Boil the potato and plaintain in water.

    Peel the skins off potato and plaintain.Then mash them properly in a bowl.Add gram flour,chopped onions,cumin powder,ginger paste,salt,corainder leaves & chilli powder to the bowl and mix them properly.

    Make small small roll-type balls from the mixture.On a plate spread semolina all over.Then roll the balls on it so that all of its sides are covered in semolina.

    Heat oil in pan.Fry the rolls one by one in the oil till turned brown.

    Serve hot with chilli sauce & tomato ketchup.
