Ingredients

  • 3 lb. blue plums
  • 1 lb. seeded raisins
  • 3 oranges
  • 2 lemons (juice only)
  • 3 lb. sugar
  • 1 lb. walnut meats

Directions

    Wash plums; remove stones and cut into pieces.

    Peel and cut oranges into small pieces.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Place in kettle and let come slowly to boiling point.

    Cook until clear and thick. Place in jars and seal.
