  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 small jars plum baby food
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients.

    Add oil, eggs and plums.

    Beat about 4 minutes or until well blended.

    Stir in nuts. Bake in a greased tube pan in 325° oven for 75 minutes or until done.

    While cake is hot, glaze top with mixture of powdered sugar and water or milk.
