- 1 whole salmon or possibly 6 salmon steaks/fillets
- Powdered garlic
- Powdered/grnd ginger
- 1 fresh lime, juice only
- Parsley
- Thin slice cucumber
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Bake till fish flakes - steak/fillets: 30-40 min.

3Whole fish: 10 min per lb..

4Season salmon with juice first, garlic and ginger.

5Fill baking pan (size appropriate to fish quantity).

61/4-1/3 full of water.

7Add in vinegar, 1/2 remainder of juice and 1/4 parsley.

8Place in pan, cover with foil and bake.

9To keep hot till serving - retain water, reduce heat to hot.

10Place foil over water.

11Poke small holes in foil.

12Place fish on foil.
-
13Remainder of lime juice, cover.

14If you use fillets, use sufficient water to cover only 1/2 of fillets.

15Don't cover completely.
-
16To serve, place on top of fresh parsley and cucumber slices.
