  • 4 lb. ground meat
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Tender Quick
  • 2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard seed or 1 Tbsp. mustard powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder

Directions

    Mix thoroughly and form into 3-inch diameter rolls.

    Wrap tightly in tinfoil.

    Chill 24 hours.

    Punch holes in bottom of foil and place on broiler pan.

    Bake 4 hours at 225°.

    Place on rack or paper towels until cool and drained.
