  • 1 c. popcorn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar peanuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. M&M's with peanuts
  • 1 lb. bag marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. M&M's (plain)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Pop the corn; make about 4 cups.

    Melt butter in a large pan; add vanilla and marshmallows and pour over popcorn.

    Add M&M's and peanuts.

    Mix well and press down firmly in a greased tube pan. Place in freezer about 15 minutes.

    Turn out on cake plate.
