- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix hamburger, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper.

2Shape mixture into small balls.

3Place meatballs in oven baking dish.

4Mix together tomato sauce, 1 cup water and Worcestershire sauce.

5Pour over meatballs.

6Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Uncover and cook 15 more minutes.
