- 1 1/4 to 2 lb. pork shoulder (1 1/2-inch chunks)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine first 10 ingredients.

2Heat to boil over high heat; reduce to low.

3Cover; simmer 3 hours or until pork is very tender.

5Skim off fat.

6Using whisk, stir until meat is shredded.
