  • 12 pork chops, thick sliced
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 green peppers, sliced
  • 1 1/3 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1/4 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley for a garnish

    Brown chops in frying pan.

    Remove to shallow roasting pan. Add broth and bake in moderate 350° oven for 30 minutes.
