  • 1 lb fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated fine
  • 14 cup port wine
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced )
  • 12 cup chopped pecans or 12 cup walnuts
  • minced nuts

Directions

    Mix cheeses together in a food processor.

    Mix in garlic and nuts.

    Chill several hours.

    Roll into ball and roll in minced nuts.
