  • 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 1 POT ROAST
  • 1 LARGE ONION
  • BEEF BULLION CUBE W/ WATER
  • 1 1/2 CUPS OF WATER
  • CARROTS
  • POTATOES
  • 2 TBS KETCHUP
  • 2 TBS MUSTARD (SPICEY)
  • SALT/ PEPPER & BAY LEAF

    PUT OIL IN POT, THEN BROWN MEAT ON ALL SIDES. ADD A CUT UP ONION, 1 1/2 CUP OF WATER & FINISHED BEEF BROTH. COOK FOR 1/2 HOUR. ADD KETCHUP AND MUSTARD, COOK FOR TWO HOURS. THEN ADD CARROTS, POTATOES AND BAY LEAF. COOK FOR 1/2 HOUR.
