- 3 medium baking potatoes (unpeeled), quartered
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 2 large celery stalks, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 c. beef broth
Directions

1For each cup of broth, mix 1/4 cup cold water and 2 tablespoons flour. Mix until smooth and add to boiling broth, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute or until thickened.
