  • 2 to 3 lb. beef roast (your choice)
  • 1 packet Lipton Dry Onion Soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small bag mini carrots
  • 1 large or 2 medium onions, whole
  • 6 medium potatoes

Directions

    Mix dry soup and cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water in a large (I use a 5 litre Corning Ware dish) baking dish.

    Place roast in soup mixture.

    Add carrots, onions, and potatoes.
  4. 4
    Cook covered for approximately 2 hours in a 350 degree oven.
