  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)

Directions
