- 1 (5 to 7 lb.) chuck roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- A.1. sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put chuck roast in shallow pan.

3Spread top of roast with A.1. sauce, then pour Lipton soup mix over top of A.1.

4Pour cream of mushroom soup all over top (very little water in pan).

5Bake at 350° for 3 1/2 hours, uncovered.
