- 3 lb. beef pot roast
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 4 carrots, cut
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 envelope onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In skillet, brown roast well.

2Transfer to roaster pan, then add vegetables.

3Mix water and soup mix.

4Pour over this.

5Salt and pepper well.

6Bake at 350° for 2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender.
