- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. leeks, chopped
- 10 spinach leaves
- 10 lettuce leaves
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 3/4 c. half and half cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter (only)
Directions

1Simmer everything except half and half for 20 minutes.

2Then place in blender and puree.

3Add half and half; heat, but do not boil.

4Serve with sour cream and croutons on top.
