  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (Ore-Ida), thawed
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper (each)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Combine the ingredients and pour into a greased 3-quart casserole dish.

    Mix 2 cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup margarine.

    Sprinkle on top of casserole.
