Potato Casserole

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. chopped onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Parboil potatoes, drain, cool and grate.

    Add butter, cheese, onions, salt and pepper.

    Stir in sour cream.

    Put mixture in a greased casserole dish. Dot with butter and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
