  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Place frozen hash browns in a greased 3-quart baking dish. Top with melted margarine, salt, pepper and onion.

    Mix soup and sour cream.

    Spread over potatoes.

    Place the grated cheese over the top and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
