- 2 c. potato flakes
- 1 c. melted butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Wash chicken.

3Dip in butter.

4Roll in potato flakes.

5Pour 1/2 remaining butter in ovensafe dish.

6Put chicken in dish, skin side down (if leaving skin on).

7Bake 35 minutes.

8Turn over and sprinkle a little of potato flakes over chicken.

9Bake another 35 minutes or until a golden brown.
