- 4 c. chicken broth
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.

2Add potatoes, celery and onions. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add butter and milk.

3Bring to a simmer and add salt and pepper to taste.

4In a small bowl, stir beaten egg into the flour.

5Stir until a grainy mixture. Sprinkle small amounts at a time into the soup and continue stirring.

6Cook for 15 minutes.
