  • 1 qt. boiled sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • small marshmallows

Directions

    Cook potatoes until tender.

    Mash; add sugar.

    In casserole dish, layer marshmallows, coconut and potatoes in that order. Melt oleo; remove from heat and add brown sugar and pecans.

    Pour over potatoes.

    Bake in 400° oven until bubbly.
