  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract

    Cream together margarine or butter with sugar.

    Blend in cream cheese.

    Add alternately flour and eggs.

    Add extract.

    Spread into a greased and floured tube pan.

    Start with a cold oven. Bake at 300° to 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
