  • 5 eggs
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix eggs, sugar, flavoring and butter in bowl.

    Beat until creamy and smooth.

    Combine remaining ingredients together in same bowl and beat at high speed for 5 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt or pound cake pan and bake for 90 minutes at 325°. Time may vary with different ovens.
