- 5 eggs
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 3 sticks butter
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix eggs, sugar, flavoring and butter in bowl.

2Beat until creamy and smooth.

3Combine remaining ingredients together in same bowl and beat at high speed for 5 minutes.

4Pour into greased and floured Bundt or pound cake pan and bake for 90 minutes at 325°. Time may vary with different ovens.
