- 1-1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- margarine, melted
- 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped, toasted
- Whipped cream
- Whole pecans
Directions

1Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.

2Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

3Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

4Set aside.

5Meanwhile, beat cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.

6Gradually add brown sugar and flour.

7Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

8Add vanilla.

9Stir in chopped pecans.

10Pour into crust; bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.

11Cool 20 minutes.

12Refrigerate overnight.
