  • 2 qt. brewed coffee
  • 3 cans (12 oz. each) evaporated skimmed milk
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 c. fat-free vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 c. vodka
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. maple flavoring

Directions

    In a Dutch oven, combine coffee, milk and sugar.

    Stirring occasionally, cook over medium-high heat until mixture begins to boil; remove from heat.

    Stir in ice cream, vodka, vanilla and maple flavoring.

    Serve hot.
