Ingredients

  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 2 cups protein powder
  • 12 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 14 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Directions

    stir together dry ingredients, mix in wet.

    Bake in foil lined, greased 9x9 inch pan at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

    Remove from pan when slightly cool, score into bars.

    Store in tightly sealed bag or container.
