Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup cereal healthy, I used Wheaties Fuel
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds shelled
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds shelled
  • 1/4 cup soy beans roasted
  • 1/4 cup Crasins
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 1/2 can condensed milk nonfat
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter fresh ground

Directions

    Put all ingredients other than the peanut butter in a large bowl, melt peanut butter in microwave (1-2 minutes), pour over top and mix. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Press firmly and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

    Immediately flip onto parchment or wax paper, cool for 5 minutes and slice. Don't cool any longer than 5 minutes or they will crumble when cut.

    Store in tightly sealed container or wrap individually in plastic wrap if they are for on the go.
