- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 large bowl Cool Whip
- 2 small boxes butter pecan instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Cut together flour and oleo; add pecans.

2Put in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and press flat to bottom.

3Bake about 30 minutes at 350° and cool.

4Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar; add 1/2 bowl of Cool Whip.

5Spread this mixture on baked crust.

6Beat together pudding with milk on low speed for 2 minutes.

7Spread on top of 1st mixture.

8Chill for 5 minutes, then add the rest of bowl of Cool Whip on top and chill.
