- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, beat together sugar, oil and eggs. Stir together flour, cinnamon and soda.

2Blend flour into first mixture.

3Add canned pumpkin and beat well.

4Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan.

5Place in cold oven and turn to 325°.

6Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.

7Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.

8Glaze while warm.
