  • 1 box yellow cake mix (remove 1 c.)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix together cake mix (minus 1 cup), 1 stick oleo and egg and pat dough in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix pumpkin, eggs, milk, brown sugar and cinnamon, then pour over dough.

    To 1 cup reserved cake mix, add 1/4 cup oleo and 1/2 cup brown sugar.

    Sprinkle on top of cake. Bake in 350° oven 1 hour.
