- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
- 34 cup vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Directions

1In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

2In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, pumpkin, oil and vanilla until well blended.

3Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just blended.

4Gently fold in chocolate chips.

5Divide batter equally among prepared muffin cups.

6Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes or until tops are golden and a pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7Let cool in pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes, then transfer to the rack to cool.
