- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
- 2 c. pumpkin
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 c. skim milk
Directions

1Combine eggs, sweetener and pumpkin.

2Blend well.

3Add salt, spices and milk; mix well.

4Pour into 8-inch pie pan.

5Bake in a moderate 350° oven 50 to 60 minutes or until done.

6Cut and serve like pie pieces, although it has no pastry crust.
