- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. frozen egg substitute, thawed
- 1 1/2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
- 1 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar into a small heavy skillet.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until sugar melts and turns light brown.

3Pour caramel syrup into a 8-inch round cake pan coated with cooking spray, tilting pan to coat evenly.

4Set aside (caramel syrup will harden).
